Supplier information may change over time, and Avenix does not guarantee the continued availability, capability, pricing, or performance of any particular supplier.

4. Product Information

Product specifications, images, descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, packaging details, certifications, and other product information may be provided by suppliers or manufacturers.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming product requirements before placing an order or approving production.

5. Quotations

Sample costs, shipping charges, customization costs, and other related expenses may be payable by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving samples before proceeding with bulk production where applicable.

7. Procurement

Once an order or procurement arrangement is approved, Avenix may coordinate with suppliers or manufacturers on behalf of the customer.

Procurement timelines may depend on supplier capacity, product availability, production schedules, holidays, raw material availability, and other circumstances outside Avenix's direct control.

8. Manufacturing

For custom or manufactured products, production will generally be based on the specifications, designs, samples, measurements, materials, quantities, and approvals provided by the customer.

Minor variations in color, dimensions, texture, finishing, packaging, or other manufacturing details may occur depending on the nature of the product.

9. Quality Inspection

Where requested or agreed, Avenix may arrange product quality inspections through internal teams or third-party inspection providers.

12. Customs and Import Responsibilities
